An optimal raw material inventory model with stock dependent demand by using price break facility.

This research considers an ideal raw material inventory model with demand that is stock dependant. In general, retailers buy more items when raw materials are in season or when manufacturers provide bulk-order discounts. The demand rate is stock dependent, thus the price break up developed model is taken into account. Our goal is to achieve the best raw material order level, replenishment cycle time, and overall inventory cost. The model illustrates the outcomes with a numerical example for the model.
