This document is a correction to a previous publication titled "Hyperbolic conduction: A fast, physical conduction model implemented in Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics." The original publication contained errors in equations (8) and (10), which have now been corrected. Additionally, a typographical error in the fourth paragraph of section 3.1 has been fixed.
