Abstract

Squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder is a rare but very aggressive tumor. The main cause is Schistosoma hematobium. Bladder cancer with large calculi is rare. We had a report of a 52-year-old Indian male who presented with the chief complaint of poor flow and a history of painful hematuria. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed a polypoidal mass involving the right lateral wall of the urinary bladder. whose microscopic features were suggestive of squamous cell carcinoma. Further confirmation, Immuno Histo Chemistry was done by p63 and CK 7. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
