A rare case of squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder caused by large bladder stone.

Squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder is a rare but very aggressive tumor. The main cause is Schistosoma hematobium. Bladder cancer with large calculi is rare. We had a report of a 52-year-old Indian male who presented with the chief complaint of poor flow and a history of painful hematuria. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed a polypoidal mass involving the right lateral wall of the urinary bladder. whose microscopic features were suggestive of squamous cell carcinoma.
