碳化法制备高比表面积纳米白炭黑的工艺条件研究.

Abstract
- Industrial water glass was used as raw material and CO2 as precipitant, focusing on the research on the process conditions of carbonization reaction to prepare nano silica by carbonization. The average particle size and BET values of the prepared nano silica samples were taken as the main investigation indexes. 2%TTLY+1%TTLX was screened and determined as the more suitable compound dispersant; and the carbonization condition was optimized as: the mass concentration of SiO2 11%, the temperature of carbonization reaction 60 ℃, the modulus of water glass 3.3, and the initial content of Na2CO3 3%.The average particle size of the prepared nano silica sample was 23.43 nm, the BET values reached 422.77 m²/g, and the sample was an amorphous structure, with good particle size uniformity and dispersion.
