Abstract

A 59-year-old woman developed myocarditis while undergoing treatment with camrelizumab for oesophageal cancer and hepatic metastases. The woman received camrelizumab in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin for two cycles. An electrocardiogram showed abnormal results, and laboratory tests revealed abnormal levels of certain biomarkers. Despite the lack of symptoms, she was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with camrelizumab-induced myocarditis. The woman was treated with immune-globulin and methylprednisolone, and her biomarkers eventually improved. [Extracted from the article]
