Abstract
- A 23-month-old boy with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB) experienced a lack of efficacy with hydroxyzine, dimetindene, lorazepam, and gabapentin for his condition. As a result, he received off-label treatment with dupilumab, which led to significant itch reduction and improvement in skin lesions. The boy has been undergoing treatment for 14 months and continues to show positive results without any observed side effects. [Extracted from the article]
