The paper briefly presents the process of proclaiming an Archaeological Find as a Cultural Monument, including both the administrative procedures and preparation of a proposal for the proclamation. Subsequently, the current state of protection of Archaeological Finds in the form of Cultural Monuments is briefly presented. In the second part, attention is similarly paid to Monument Reservations.
