Abstract

This article provides an overview of pedagogical training for university teachers in Algerian universities. It discusses the current state of training, the requirements for successful training, and reviews previous studies on the topic. The article emphasizes the positive impact of pedagogical training on teaching effectiveness and introduces key concepts such as pedagogy, training, and pedagogical accompaniment.
