Abstract
- This article discusses a case study of a patient with refractory multiple myeloma who developed psoriasis as a side effect of lenalidomide treatment. The patient was successfully treated with narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy (NB-UVB) without discontinuing the lenalidomide. The article highlights the efficacy and safety of NB-UVB in managing lenalidomide-induced psoriasis and suggests that NB-UVB can be considered as a therapeutic option for psoriasis secondary to anti-multiple myeloma agents. However, further validation through larger prospective trials is needed. [Extracted from the article]
