Clinical, dermatoscopic and histopathologic characteristics of tumoural melanosis: A case- series and literature review.

This article provides an overview of tumoural melanosis (TM), a rare condition characterized by the regression of cutaneous melanoma. The authors present four cases of TM from Greece and discuss the clinical, dermatoscopic, and histopathologic characteristics of the condition. They highlight the importance of clinicopathologic correlation in diagnosing TM and recommend aggressive management due to the poor outcomes associated with the condition. Dermatoscopic findings, such as "peppering," whitish or pinkish structureless areas, and blue/grey areas, can assist in the diagnosis of TM.
