Nivolumab: Fulminant myocarditis.

He presented with agonal breathing and altered mental status, and it was discovered that he had received his second dose of nivolumab therapy three days prior. The man experienced conduction system disease and high sensitivity troponin levels, leading to the diagnosis of nivolumab-induced fulminant myocarditis.
