Abstract
- A 68-year-old man developed myocarditis while being treated with pembrolizumab for stage III lung adenocarcinoma. He experienced chest pain and shortness of breath and was hospitalized. Tests revealed severe biventricular dysfunction and intracardiac thrombi. The man received treatment with methylprednisolone, abatacept, and ruxolitinib, and his condition eventually improved. The myocarditis was confirmed to be a complication of pembrolizumab treatment. [Extracted from the article]
