Bortezomib/daratumumab/lenalidomide: Lack of efficacy.

A 76-year-old man with IgA/Kappa multiple myeloma exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with daratumumab, lenalidomide, and bortezomib. Despite undergoing multiple lines of therapy, the multiple myeloma remained refractory. The patient then received Lu-177-PSMA-I&T, which was well tolerated with slight clinical improvement.
