Abstract
- A 34-year-old man experienced drug ineffectiveness while being treated with pipamperone, risperidone, and valproate for behavioral control. The man had recurrent behavioral problems including aggression and self-injuries, as well as obstipation. He was diagnosed with autism based on his symptoms and had a history of epileptic seizures. Despite starting treatment with the aforementioned medications, they were not effective in controlling his behaviors. [Extracted from the article]
