Abstract
- A 44-year-old man with relapsed multiple myeloma experienced cytokine release syndrome (CRS) while being treated with teclistamab. He also showed lack of efficacy with thalidomide. The patient had a history of acute renal failure and hypercalcemia and had previously undergone various treatments, including stem cell transplantations and maintenance therapy with lenalidomide. After receiving teclistamab, he developed grade 1 CRS but continued treatment and eventually achieved a stringent complete response. [Extracted from the article]
