She had extensive metastases to various organs and was admitted with worsening hyperbilirubinemia and transaminitis. After receiving trastuzumab infusion, her liver function worsened, and she experienced jaundice. The diagnosis of trastuzumab-associated cholestatic liver injury was made, and she was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid, which improved her condition.
