Abstract

The article discusses the experiences of international children attending schools in Finland. As more highly educated professionals migrate for work, their children often accompany them and face challenges in adapting to the Finnish education system. The article highlights the importance of educational infrastructures and their connection to time and geographical locations. It also explores the mismatch between different educational systems and the impact on internationally mobile children. The article emphasizes the limited agency that children have in navigating these infrastructures and the potential disruptions to their educational paths. [Extracted from the article]
