Abstract

The article looks at how conservative Justices have undermined the extent of federal wetland protections available under the Clean Water Act. Topics include an analysis of the U.S. Supreme Court's push to gain control over environmental policy, caselaw surrounding wetland jurisdictional disputes to examine how conservative Justices have reduced federal wetland protections, and developments in Court jurisprudence that threatens the public's interest in mitigating the impacts of climate change.
