Abstract

The article deals with the research and development of a semiconductor non-contact switching device for automatic control of the quality and reliability of power supply systems, using the developed semiconductor non-contact thyristor voltage relays, characterized by high reliability and speed, combining a sensitive system and a powerful executive body. Schemes with descriptions of the principle of operation and experimental characteristics are given. It is proposed to apply for automatic switching on or off of the winding of a booster transformer when the input voltage changes to maintain the rated voltage for electricity consumers, as well as for an automatic switching device to create a power regulator for capacitor banks, compensating reactive energy devices.
