Abstract

The article discusses issues of increasing the energy efficiency of automated control of artificial lighting. The main ways to achieve energy saving in lighting systems are given. Objects illuminated by sources of artificial (electric) lighting are shown. In this case, much attention is paid to emergency, security and duty lighting. The energy efficiency of lighting lamps is classified. The change in room illumination during the day is shown using three control methods: manual, automatic discrete and automatic smooth. The results of electrical energy savings using various methods of regulating artificial lighting in a production facility with a single-shift operating mode are presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
