Abstract

This article is a tribute to Harald Fritzsch, a physicist who had a strong interest in topics such as strong interactions, the origin of neutrino mass, and the parameters of the standard model. The author shares personal experiences of their time spent with Fritzsch, including a visit to the Arizona-Sonora desert museum. The article also mentions a physics colloquium Fritzsch gave at the University of Arizona and a presentation he made in Rio de Janeiro on the time dependence of QCD. The author expresses their sadness at Fritzsch's passing and acknowledges his contributions as a friend and colleague. [Extracted from the article]
