Abstract
- The article's argument revolves around the training and practice of volunteer Christian educators engaged in teaching diverse age groups. It posits the necessity of formulating an educational project rooted in a theoretical-referential framework anchored in Christ. Central to the discussion is the inquiry: How can the cultivation of Christian educators' formation contribute to the alignment of their practice with this theoretical-referential perspective? Failure to ground their training in this perspective may potentially impede the coherence of their educational endeavors. The proposed research methodology entails a bibliographical and explanatory approach with a qualitative orientation. This methodology aims to elucidate the envisaged training process and anticipate its potential outcomes. The complexity of the subject matter is acknowledged, particularly in light of the scarcity of volunteers in educational roles within certain church contexts, regardless of size. Nonetheless, the urgency of this reflection is underscored, as it directly impacts generational understanding and experience of faith. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
