Reports that `Union-News' newspaper's lawsuit seeking information about a settlement between officials in Springfield, Massachusetts and a traffic accident victim has ended. Disclosure by the city of the amount of settlement that the family of Benjamin Schoolfield got from the city; Judge Peter A. Velis' ruling that the newspaper was entitled to the information.
