Abstract

The authors of this article respond to a letter from Zhou et al. regarding the value of a novel diagnostic method for (auto)inflammatory diseases. The authors acknowledge the importance of further research and validation of this method in different pathological conditions, including tumors. They express their intention to expand the study to include a larger-scale analysis of various inflammatory phenotypes. The authors declare no conflicts of interest, and no datasets were generated or analyzed during the study. [Extracted from the article]
