ANALISIS KELELAHAN KERJA DAN PENGETAHUAN PADA WELDER TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT IHI POWER SERVICE INDONESIA.

Welder is one of the workers who has the highest risk of fatigue because they have to work in hot work areas, awkward posture, radiation, direct contact with materials containing hazardous chemicals and accompanied by considerable pressure to reach the target. This study used questionnaires as a research instrument. This study aims to analyze fatigue and welder knowledge on work productivity and employee performance. This research method is a quantitative method with cross sectional studies using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis design. The sample size used was 160 welders at PT IHI Power Service Indonesia. The results showed that fatigue had no effect on employee performance (p-value 0.965) and work productivity (p-value 0.451) and knowledge had a significant positive influence on employee performance (p-value 0.030) and work productivity (pvalue 0.003).
