Abstract: Abstract: The management of severe injured patients requires life-threatening lesions research, especially potential haemorrhagic lesions. The haemorrhagic shock is a rare but serious complication of shoulder girdle traumas. We report in this study the clinical and paraclinical signs that lead us to take care from such evolution.
