On April 28, 2021, a social outbreak occurred in Colombia, a demonstration in which the main protagonists were the excluded, racialized and marginalized youth of the country's cities. In this context, the city of Cali was consolidated as the epicenter and referent of social mobilizations at national level, due to the high number of resistance points, the permanence in the streets of the demonstrators, and the embryonic bet of social organization of the Union of Resistance Cali (URC). This paper seeks to reconstruct the process of consolidation of the URC, delving into the difficulties it faced and exalting the organizational forms that emerged in the context of the social outbreak in the city of Cali.
