The Thyroidea Ima Artery Arising from the Aortic Arch: A Rare Anatomical Variation.

A 73-year-old man underwent computed tomography (CT) angiography assessment of the head and neck vasculature. An incidental note of the thyroidea ima artery arising from the aortic arch was made.
