- Key Clinical Message: The commonest renal involvement after bee stings is acute kidney injury due to rhabdomyolysis. Nephrotic syndrome combined with AKI is unusual complication of Hymenoptera stings. We diagnosed a minimal change disease and six‐year follow up relapses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
