Abstract

This article discusses the case of a 73-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis who developed a lymphoproliferative disorder after discontinuing immunosuppressive drugs. The patient initially showed improvement but later experienced a relapse of symptoms. The article highlights the importance of closely monitoring rheumatoid arthritis patients with lymphoproliferative disorders and promptly initiating chemotherapy. It also discusses the classification and prognosis of these disorders and the significance of monitoring lymphocyte counts and serum markers.
