Abstract

Consumers are increasingly demanding. The awareness of a balance between consumption and sustainability is often in the reality of the market. Thus, intrinsic (odor, smell, succulence) and extrinsic (brand, price, packaging) attributes are decisive for purchase intention. In this sense, the objective of this theoretical essay is to analyze the determinant attributes for the intention to consume CCN. A survey of secondary data was carried out through a bibliographical review and the results can be a collaboration, both for consumers who can obtain more information about the product, certification and sustainability, and for companies that can carry out campaigns specifically aimed at the needs of this consumer profile.
