Abstract

In our research aimed at determining the views of kitchen staff on organizational justice, the survey used quantitative methods at the data collection stage. Our study used descriptive analyses (frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation) on data obtained from 378 kitchen workers working in five-star hotels in Istanbul, Independent-Samples T test was applied to compare two groups, and One-Way ANOVA tests were applied to comparison of more than two groups. Statistical significance level was determined as p<0.05 in all analyses. When the findings were examined, statistically significant differences were found between the gender, age, education level, and belonging status of the kitchen staff and their views on the subject of organizational justice (p<0.05). Additionally, it was observed that there was no statistically significant difference between the views of kitchen staff about their working years in the sector and organizational justice (p>0.05).
