Abstract
- A 39-year-old man with IgA multiple myeloma exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with carfilzomib, daratumumab, and dexamethasone. Despite receiving four cycles of this combination protocol, his myeloma became refractory and he developed cutaneous nodules. A positron emission tomography scan confirmed disease progression with cutaneous infiltration, pathological retroperitoneal lymph nodes, and multiple new bony lesions. [Extracted from the article]
