Carfilzomib/daratumumab/dexamethasone: Lack of efficacy.

A 39-year-old man with IgA multiple myeloma exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with carfilzomib, daratumumab, and dexamethasone. Despite receiving four cycles of this combination protocol, his myeloma became refractory and he developed cutaneous nodules.
