Abstract
- A male patient developed cryptococcoid vasculopathy while being treated with hydralazine for leukocytoclastic vasculitis. He experienced acute onset necrotic bullae and retiform purpura all over his body, and skin biopsy revealed dermal edema and a dense neutrophilic infiltrate. The patient was also diagnosed with lupus anticoagulant hypoprothrombinemia syndrome. Unfortunately, he passed away due to cryptococcoid vasculopathy. [Extracted from the article]
