Abstract

Three case reports were described in which women aged between 36-71 years developed eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) while being treated with various antiasthmatic medications. In one case, treatment failure was observed with mepolizumab and benralizumab, and EGPA was considered secondary to dupilumab. In another case, lack of efficacy was seen with omalizumab, mepolizumab, and tralokinumab, and EGPA was considered secondary to dupilumab. In the third case, EGPA was considered secondary to benralizumab. Corrective treatment was initiated in all cases. [Extracted from the article]
