In social work practice, due to the expanding scope and need of social work, social workers providing services to families with complex needs are in creasing lyfacin get hical and moral dilemma as about how to actinun foreseen situations. This work focuses on the complex needs of social workers providing social services for families, there a sonsformaking a decision, when faced with anunforeseensituation, when legal regulation and professional ethics, moral convictions of the social worker intersect contrary to the legall yregulatedoperation. The uncertainty of social work encourages a social worker to take non-standard decisions, basednotonlyonlegal social work with family's regulation, but also on guidance by professional ethics, personal and/or professional values, with available non-expressed knowledge of social work.
