Poster Abstracts.

This document contains two poster abstracts related to muscle-related research. The first abstract discusses the generation of 3D human cardiac models of Duchenne cardiomyopathy and the inhibition of NOX4, an enzyme that plays a role in the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy. The study found that inhibiting NOX4 improved the survival and contractility of dystrophic cardiomyocytes. The second abstract focuses on muscle regeneration in a mouse model of accelerated aging. The study found that the mice displayed impaired muscle regeneration and reduced satellite cell numbers, suggesting non-cell autonomous mechanisms may be involved.
