Abstract

The current paper recovers quiescent optical solitons for the Radhakrishnan-Kundu-Lakshmanan equation with a power law of self-phase modulation and nonlinear chromatic dispersion. The Lie symmetry analysis leads to stationary bright optical soliton solutions for linear and generalized temporal evolution.
