Abstract

The author reflects on how teachers, especially choir directors, are already engaged in advocacy without realizing it and encourages them to leverage this skill for greater impact. Topics include recognizing everyday advocacy actions, collaborating with colleagues to amplify their voices, and remembering to advocate for their own well-being and professional needs.
