ÇEVRECİ ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞININ YEŞİL İNOVASYON ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNDE TERFİ ODAĞININ ARACILIK ROLÜ: BİR ARAŞTIRMA.

The aim of research is determine the effects of organizational citizenship for the environment, promotion focus on green innovation in the bank branches. The population is 190,000 personnel working in banks in Turkey. The sample obtained through the online survey consists of 554 personnel selected from these people. Frequency, normality, exploratory factor, reliability, correlation and hierarchical regression were performed with the data obtained. The result of the correlation, a significant, positive relationship was found between organizational citizenship for the environment and green innovation, a significant and positive relationship between organizational citizenship behavior for the environment and promotion focus, a significant, positive relationship between green innovation and promotion focus. According to the results of the hierarchical regression, promotion focus had a partial mediating role in the effect of environmental organizational citizenship on green innovation. When promotion focus was included, organizational citizenship reduced its effect on green innovation, recommendations were offered to increase organizational citizenship. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
