Abstract

This article highlights nine up-and-coming interior design firms across the United States. Studio MUKA, based in Los Angeles, emphasizes diversity and multiculturalism in their work. Basic Projects in Charleston, South Carolina, designs, builds, and operates their own hospitality venues while bridging past and present in their projects. Sebastian Zuchowicki in New York City reinvents Art Deco traditions with nuance and natural beauty. Breland-Harper in Los Angeles focuses on simplicity and craftsmanship in their architectural and interior design work. Anne McDonald Design in Minneapolis brings a sophisticated twist on classicism to historic and contemporary buildings. Bespoke Only in New York City creates atmospheres and emotions that reflect their clients' identities. Susannah Holmberg Studios in Salt Lake City blends styles and references from around the world. RG House in Austin, Texas, and Malibu, California, finds beauty in restraint and approachability. Studio Tre in New York City and Pensacola, Florida, takes a research-heavy and context-driven approach to their projects. [Extracted from the article]
