Abstract

Bone is a kind ofliving tissue with metabolism, which completes bone reconstruction through bone absorption and formation. Bone reconstruction is also a molecular biological characteristic that runs throughout life. Biochemical substances involved in and maintaining bone metabolism determine bone quality and density, regulate the internal environment and biological activity of bone metabolism. The biochemical indicators of bone metabolism are derived from bone, cartilage, soft tissue, skin, liver, kidney, small intestine, blood, and endocrine glands. Changes in bone metabolism biochemical indicators can be obtained through in vitro experimental methods, providing important molecular biology basis for clinical diagnosis, diagnostic classification, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment evaluation, scientific research, and other aspects of osteoporosis. In order to improve diagnostic quality and promote the application of new technologies, it is necessary to improve experimental standards for mutual recognition of experimental methods, stable detection results, and data consensus. This article discusses the principles of experimental methods, sample collection and storage, analysis of test results, and the influencing factors of the experiment, aiming to provide application references.
