Multiple drugs: Various toxicities : 7 case reports.

This article discusses seven case reports of patients who experienced various toxicities while being treated with pembrolizumab, nivolumab, or ipilimumab for melanoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer during pregnancy or in-utero exposure. The toxicities included antiphospholipid syndrome, pneumonitis, thyroiditis, autoimmune hepatitis, ketoacidosis, hypophagia, neonatal respiratory syndrome, congenital hypothyroidism, hand malformation, fetal distress, retinopathy, stroke, respiratory distress, and motor developmental delay.
