Tozinameran: Henoch-Schonlein purpura : case report.

A 24-year-old man developed Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) after receiving the tozinameran (Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19) vaccine. He experienced a rash, arthralgia, and abdominal pain, along with elevated white blood cell count and proteinuria. A biopsy confirmed leukocytoclastic vasculitis, consistent with HSP. Treatment with tofacitinib temporarily improved symptoms, but they relapsed. Prednisone was then prescribed, leading to resolution of symptoms.
