Increasing urban traffic density in today's living conditions causes noise pollution. Noise is a serious source of pollution for the entire ecosystem, especially for humans. Within the scope of this study, the noise level caused by traffic in Iskenderun district center was determined and its distribution over area uses was determined. For this purpose, noise measurements were made at 36 points on urban road routes in Iskenderun district center on weekdays and weekends in the summer and winter months of 2022. The measurement results were transferred to the ArcMap 10.0 program and noise pollution distribution maps were created with the kriging interpolation method. According to the noise values classified according to the Regulation on the Evaluation and Management of Environmental Noise, the pollution levels were determined in residential areas, industrial and commercial areas, agricultural areas, parks and green areas, Iskenderun Technical University center. It was calculated to distribute it to a total of eight usage areas: campus, port, roads and water surface.
