This article aims to analyze the theoretical contribution regarding the relationship between unpredictability and organizational change. A bibliometric analysis of works on unpredictability in organizational change published in Scopus was conducted to achieve this objective. The analysis results reveal that in the field of business, unpredictability is an element that significantly influences organizational change.
