Abstract

A 75-year-old man developed leukocytoclastic vasculitis (LCV) while being treated with rituximab for low-grade orbital B-cell lymphoma. He experienced symptoms such as a maculopapular red rash, low-grade fever, myalgia, and arthralgia. Laboratory results showed abnormalities in various parameters. After ruling out other possible causes, the diagnosis of rituximab-induced LCV was confirmed. The man's rituximab therapy was discontinued, and he was started on methylprednisolone, leading to complete recovery. [Extracted from the article]
