Abstract
- Four new flavonoids, isovitexin 4′-O-(2′′′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (cucumoside H), isovitexin 4′-O-(6′′′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (cucumoside I), isovitexin 4′-O-(6′′′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside-2′′-O-(6′′′′-O-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (cucumoside J), and isovitexin 4′-O-(6′′′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside-2′′-O-(6′′′′-O-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (cucumoside K), were observed in leaves of Cucumis sativus L. (Cucurbitaceae, variety Gele Tros). Their structures were elucidated using chemical transformations, UV and NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
