Description of two new species of subfamily Euthyadinae K. Viets, 1931 (Acari: Hydryphantoidea: Hydryphantidae) from China.

Two new species, <italic>Panisopsis</italic> (<italic>Panisopsis</italic>) <italic>garzeensis</italic> Zhong & Guo <bold>sp. nov</bold>. and <italic>Trichothyas</italic> (<italic>Neothyas</italic>) <italic>arcuata</italic> Zhong & Guo <bold>sp. nov</bold>. are described and illustrated from China. Both species belong to the subfamily Euthyadinae K. Viets, 1931. <italic>Panisopsis</italic> (<italic>Panisopsis</italic>) <italic>garzeensis</italic> Zhong & Guo <bold>sp. nov</bold>. represents a new recorded genus and subgenus for Chinese water mite fauna.
