Abstract
- A 68-year-old man with stage 4 oesophageal adenocarcinoma developed pneumonitis while being treated with pembrolizumab. Despite receiving methylprednisolone, immune globulin, and antibiotics for the pneumonitis, he exhibited a lack of efficacy. Unfortunately, his condition deteriorated, and he passed away surrounded by family. The medical interventions were stopped as they were deemed ineffective in improving his condition.
